Author Guidelines
General Guidelines for Authors

Manuscripts must be written in Indonesian or English, not previously published, not under consideration by another journal, and free from plagiarism.

Authors must register as users in our journal system. Registration and submission guidelines can be found at the end of this page.

All accepted manuscripts will go through a peer review process before being published.

Manuscripts must be prepared according to the author guidelines and template provided.
Manuscript Preparation Guidelines
Manuscript Structure

Title
-
The title should be concise, clear, informative, and no longer than 15 words.

The title must reflect the main issue discussed and should not contain uncommon abbreviations.

Author Names and Affiliation
-
Author names must be accompanied by institutional affiliation, institution address, and email address.

Academic degrees or job titles are not required.

Abstract
-
The abstract must be written in both Indonesian and English, consisting of one paragraph, and include the background, objectives, program methods, results, conclusions, and keywords (3-5 phrases).

The length of the abstract should be between 150-300 words.

Introduction
-
The introduction should contain the general background, literature review, main issues, and program methods.

The end of the introduction must state the objectives of the article.

Methods
-
This section should explain in detail the methods used in the program, procedures for implementation, required equipment, and how the program’s effectiveness will be measured.

Results and Discussion
-
Present the results of the program along with the discussion. The analysis should be relevant to the program’s objectives.

Conclusion
-
The conclusion should address the program’s objectives.

Avoid repeating the results or discussion, and add suggestions for future programs or research.

References

The reference list should only include sources cited within the article.
-
Use reference management software such as EndNote, Mendeley, or Zotero.

At least 80% of references should come from journal articles, proceedings, or research published in the last 5 years.

The reference list should follow IEEE style. In-text citations should mention the author’s name followed by the number in bracket, e.g., Smith [1].
